The hob has four cooking zones. Each cook-
ing zone corresponds with a dial on the con-
trol panel.

• Turn the dial to the desired level of heat as
needed. See "Tips for saving energy and
for cooking" on page EN-17.
• Turn the dial back to "0" to switch off the
cooking zone.

Operating the double circle and
casserole zone
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Turn the dials (10) and (14) only clock-
wise to switch the cooking zones on and
anticlockwise to switch them off. Ne-
ver turn the dials past the double-zone
symbol by force.
To extend the cooking zone,
1. turn the dial briefly to the double-zone
symbol (a) and then release it.
2. Set the power as usual.
To reduce the size of the cooking zone again,
• turn the dial anticlockwise to "0" and then
turn the dial clockwise to the desired power.
