Attenzione. Recintare la zona di lavoro, pericolo di oscillazioni. Se si utilizza un braccio meccanico per il sollevamento eseguire le operazioni di
imbracatura descritte al capitolo 13 (pag. 19) e attuare tutte le prescrizioni sull'uso in sicurezza di mezzi meccanici (Fig. A).
Per l'installazione eseguire le sottostanti operazioni:
Operazioni di verifi ca:
1) Verifi care che l'anima del palo sia saldamente ancorata al plinto;
2) Verifi care la corretta posizione delle asole rispetto alla carreggiata stradale (vedi pag.14 - Guida installazione anime pali);
3) Verifi care che la tacca di riferimento quota zero (segnalata sull'anima) corrisponda al piano di pavimentazione fi nale;
4) Verifi care che il collegamento a terra dell'anima se prescritto sia stato eseguito.
Montaggio degli elementi in ghisa:
1) Consultare la tabella a pag. 18, per individuare il modello del palo e l'ordine di montaggio in successione degli elementi;
2) Eseguire le operazioni di imbracatura descritte da pag. 19. E' consigliato legare una corda all'elemento in modo tale che una personada terra possa guidare
l'elemento e ridurre le oscillazioni. Sollevare l'elemento sopra la sommità dell'anima e poi farlo scendere su di essalentamente. Le basi dotate di portello devono
essere posizionate in modo tale che l'asola dell'anima e apertura della base coincidano (Fig. B), (smontare il portello preassemblato in fabbrica). Sciogliere
l'imbracatura solo dopo essere certi che il pozionamento è corretto;
3) Gli elementi che non necessitano di un braccio meccanico per essere sollevati devono comunque essere movimentati in sicurezza, utilizzare quindi un braccio
meccanico con cestello porta persone (Fig. A, C, D) per raggiungere la sommità dell'anima del palo. Gli elementi devono essere posizionati con cura l'uno sull'altro,
facendo attenzione che si incastrino, in questo modo si evitano infi ltrazioni d'acqua all'interno del palo (Fig. E).
4) Per i pali interessati (vedere pag. 18), installare dalla sommità del palo l'apposito raccordo decorativo (Fig. F).
5) Per i pali interessati (vedere pag. 18), installare nella mezzaria della lunghezza dell'anima l'apposito raccordo decorativo avvitando i tre appositi grani (Fig. G, H).
Il palo è protetto dalla specifi ca pellicola antigraffi o. Al termine delle operazioni di installazione, rimuovere la pellicola antigraffi o.

For installation proceed as follows:
Checks:
1) Check that the post core is fi rmly anchored to the plinth.
2) Check the correct position of slots with respect to the roadway (see page 14 – Guide to installation of post cores).
3) Check that the reference mark for zero position (marked on core) corresponds to the fi nal level of paving.
4) Check that the earth connection of the core, if envisaged, has been correctly made.
Assembly of cast iron elements:
1) Consult the charts on pages 18 to identify the post model and assembly sequence of elements.
2) Secure elements as described on pages 19. It is advisable to tie a rope to the element to allow it to be guided by a person on the ground andto reduce swing. Lift
the element above the top of the post core and slowly lower it onto the core. Bases with a hatch must be positioned withthe slot of the core and the aperture on the
base correctly aligned (Fig. B) (remove hatch preassembled in factory). Remove the liftingharness only after checking that the position is correct.
3) Elements that do not need to be lifted with a crane must nevertheless be handled in safety. Use an aerial platform (Figs. A, C, D) foraccess to the top of the post.
The elements must be positioned carefully on top of each other, taking care that they are correctly fi tted togetherto prevent water infi ltrations inside the post (Fig. E).
4) For the posts in question, (see page. 18), install the relative decorative junction from the top of the post (Fig. F).
5) For the posts in question, (see page. 18), install the relative decorative junction in the centre line of the core length by tightening the three grub screws (Fig. G, H).
The post is protected by the special scratch-resistant fi lm. Once installation operations have been completed, remove the scratch-resistant fi lm.
