1. Take off the container cover (10).

2. Rotate the folded fi lter (16) in
an anti-clockwise direction and

remove it.
3. Tap out the pleated fi lter (16)
and clean it with a paintbrush

or hand brush.
Don't wash the pleated
(16) fi lter in water.
4. Place the folded fi lter (16) on the
inverted container cover (10).
6. Screw in the folded fi lter (16)
tightly in a clockwise direction.
The folded
fi lter (16)
must rest on
the container
cover (10). Then press down the
switch of the safety switch (17).
The arrow on the folded fi lter
(16) must be on top of the safe-
ty switch (17).

Cleaning the Air Filter

1. Take off the container cover (10)
and the folded fi lter (
2. Take the air fi lter (18) out of the
fi lter housing (19).
3. Clean the fi lter (18) with soap
and water and allow it to dry in
the air.
4. Place the air fi lter (18) back in
the fi lter housing (19).

Storage

• To store, wind the power cord (1)

around the retaining bracket (6) on the
container lid (10).
• Insert the end of the suction tube (14) in
the holder provided (4) and tighten it.
• Push the suction tube (15) onto the suc-
tion tube holder (2).
• Keep the equipment in a dry place, out
of reach of children.
Disposal/Environmental
protection
Be environmentally friendly. Return the
tool, accessories and packaging to a recy-
cling centre when you have fi nished with
them.
Machines must not be disposed of
with household refuse.
Take the machine to a recycling point. The
waste plastic and metal parts can be sepa-
rated, accurately graded and passed on
for recycling. Contact our Service Centre
for more details.
Defective units returned to us will be dis-
posed of for free.
