Malfunctions during operation

Risk of burns from hot surfaces
On the exhaust side, the device covers may heat up to 60°C during operation.
a) Wear protective gloves.
Danger due to missing safety covers
Missing safety covers can lead to injuries.
a) Before switching on the device, install all the safety covers that may have been
removed for troubleshooting purposes.
b) Check all the safety devices before switching on the device.
If the device is supplied with electricity via the power cable, work on the electrical
system may only be carried out by qualified electricians.
Only have repair work carried out by the HEYLO Service division or by service part-
ners of HEYLO.
It is vital to observe the relevant operating instructions of the fan manufacturer. Oper-
ational disruptions may only be determined and eliminated by specialists.
Possible cause
No electricity because:
- Main switch is turned off
- Fuse or residual current device of the
indoor installation is triggered
- Mains plug has been pulled out
- Supply line defective
Control-circuit fuse triggered
Residual current device of the indoor
installation is triggered.
Safety temperature limiter triggered:
Electric heater DE 20 SH-U
Remedy
Check the power cable and the mains
connection.
Check supply with voltage tester, replace
fuse if necessary
Press the fuse again
Clean the heating coil (if necessary with
compressed air), otherwise send it for
repair
Eliminate the cause of overheating. Turn
