Malfunctions during operation

NOTICE
If the device is supplied with electricity via the pow-
er cable, work on the electrical system may only be
carried out by qualified electricians.
Only have repair work carried out by the HEYLO
Service division or by service partners of HEYLO.

Remedy
Check the power
cable and the
mains connection.
Check supply with
voltage tester.
Clean the heating
element (if neces-
sary with com-
pressed air), other-
wise send the de-
vice for repair.

with moisture, allow
it to dry out com-
pletely prior to op-
eration.

sound. If a clicking
sound is not heard
and the thermostat
is not faulty, then
the thermostat
switches on auto-
matically as soon
as the device has
cooled down.
Send the device in
for repair.
Set the device
down on a level
surface.
Free the fan wheel
of any blockages
and dirt.
