Depending on the setting in address 0235A ATEX100 of Power System Data 1 the
value of the thermal replica is either reset to zero (ATEX100 = NO) if the power supply
voltage fails, or cyclically buffered in a non-volatile memory (ATEX100 = YES) until the
power supply voltage is back again. In the latter case, the thermal replica uses the
stored value for calculation and matches it to the operating conditions for at least 321
minutes. The first is preset, the latter must be set if the protection device is applied for
explosion proof motors.

It must be configured that manual manipulation of switches is only possible after entry
of a password.
