Problem
The appliance switches
off unexpectedly. You
will hear a signal tone
and an error message
will appear in the sensor
field.

Error message in the display

Error code Possible problem
E1 / E2 Wrong mains voltage.
E3 / E4 One of the heat sensors in the glass
ceramic hob measures excessive
temperature.
Incorrect cookware.
E5 / E6 Overheating electronics.
F3–F8 Defective temperature sensor.
F9–FA Defective temperature sensor.
Possible solutions/tips
Technical error. Make a note of the error message on the sensor
field, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and contact
our Service department (see "Service" on page EN-27).

mains voltage is correct. Only switch
the power supply back on when the
mains voltage is normal
Wait until the appliance has cooled
down. Inspect the cookware. Then
switch the appliance back on again.
