7.1.3 Reservoir

1. Switch off the machine at the production switch (aus/off) and pull out the power plug
7. Completely empty the storage container and remove the insert plates (double bottom).
8. Thoroughly rub all storage container walls with a cloth soaked in WESSAMAT special cleaner
so that all dirt and limescale residues are removed. Rub thoroughly with clear water to remove
all cleaner residues.
9. Rub the drain pipe with WESSAMAT special cleaner and rinse thoroughly. Make sure that
the drain is locked in accordance with hygiene regulations (see page 13, section 5.2, point 3)
10.After all cleaned parts have been cleaned with clear water, insert the base plates again.
11.Plug with power supply
For health reasons, it is advisable to remove the first ice production cycle from the
storage container after cleaning and not to consume it.
