The stop screen is always located on the right side of the
curtain wall - as viewed from the outside. The centre-to-centre
distance is measured. Please note that in reality it is 25 mm
wider. To ensure a nice finish, this is also equipped with a filler
profile at the end, as standard.

Now place the mounting pin in the base couple guide just
below the box support CW50 M Reynaers Aluminium. Fully
insert the mounting pin and tighten it with an Allen key 2.5.

Remove the base couple
guide 034.0565.XX at the
height of head box position.
The base couple guide
is supplied by Reynaers
Aluminium with saw cuts
to facilitate this step. Now
place the box support CW50
M Reynaers Aluminium at the
position of the removed base
couple guide and fixate it
to the ConceptWall 50. Use
the same screws as for the
fixation of the base couple
guide.

Slide the stop screen box
over the 3 pins of the start
screen or intermediate
screen. To do this, an
additional mounting space
of 30 mm is required so that
it is possible to slide the box
over the pins.
