Delta Tset
The temperature difference between flow and return flow sensors. The differential temperature is determined by the rotational
speed of the pump and is maintained at this value.
dp fresh
Entspricht der Zeit zur Ermittlung des Differenzdruckgradienten dP(vorher) - dP(aktuell). Dieser Wert ist signifikant für eine kor-
rekte Zapferkennung.
Purging Time
For this time, the pump runs at full speed (100%) in order to guarantee a safe start-up. Only after the end of this purging time the
pump speed will be controlled and switch, depending on the setting, to max. or min. speed.
DeltaP Runtime
Runtime of the pump at maximum speed after a pressure decrease.
Up Ramp
Adjustable run time from current pump speed to reaching maximum speed. In case of flow detection, see " Delta Pset " on page
21. The pump is set to the maximum during this time.
Down Ramp
Adjustable run time, which, at the end of the DeltaP run time, is set down from the set speed maximum to the previous value (Dif-
ferential pressure before flow detection).
DDS Type
Setting the measuring range of the differential pressure sensor.
Delta P Average
Averaging over ''n'' elements for pressure variations.
Dead Time Down Ramp
Dead time after Down Ramp. During this time, the DeltaT control is inactive, but differential pressure spikes will be detected.
Max. Temp.
Max. flow temperature of the heating pump. If the temperature exceeds the set value, the pump shuts down until the temperature
falls below this value.
Max. deltaP
This value must correspond to the maximum pump delivery. If the pump operates against closed valves, the measured differential
pressure of the LFC-controller increases up to the maximum pump delivery set.
Tolerance band
"Tolerance band" defines a tolerance band (+- in %) around "Max deltaP" to define the range detection for fully closed primary cir-
culation. If the differential pressure sensor measures a differential pressure which lies within this tolerance band, the pump (dur-
ing the corresponding duration of DOWNRAMP) will be brought to the setpoint MinSpeed. In the operating state MinSpeed,
DeltaT control is deactivated, but DeltaP detection is active
Holding Time
This time defines the duration of the operating state "MinSpeed". It can either be permanently on or off, or automatically set to
Delta-T control mode after a defined time period.
