Caution:
• The sensor contains no internal
galvanic separation between the
voltage supply and the signal
output. Decoupling is achieved
either from the supply voltage via
a power supply (see fig. 4.1) or at
the signal input by means of a
separation module (fig. 4.2), as
the sensor is not galvanically
separated internally. A separation
module is not required if the
connected load can be applied
potential-free.
• The current output is not
dampened. Therefore an evaluation
unit with selectable damping rate or
an RC module must be used.
• Connect the unprepared cable end
according to the assignments in fig. 4.3.
• Use only shielded cable when extending the
length of the measurement cable.
Caution:
Be sure to observe the connection
notices of the control or regulation
device that you connect to the
sensor.
