5.3 In Case of Equipment Failure

If your i700 system is not working properly, or if you suspect that there
is a problem with the equipment:

connected to a power source with a protective earth connection.
If you are unable to insert the i700-supplied plug into the main
outlet, contact a qualified electrician to replace the plug or outlet.
