The medium suctioned by the fuel pump flows into the filter. A patented, multi-stage pro-
cess first mechanically retains particles and suspended matter. Subsequently, water con-
tained in the medium is separated, which collects at the bottom of the container. After that
the cleaned medium leaves the filter.
The filter can be stored in its original packing or alternatively wrapped dust-protected in
air-cushion film.
