Important notes to measurement area

FWA 4630 / FWA 4630 + can be used on pits or lifts. Required is a levelled mea-
surement area.
Space rquirements on the left and right side of measu-
rement area outer edge are 700 mm

from the runways on a lift,

the sliding plates on a pit .

It is important to have the wheel contact surface on
same height. The turntables and sliding plates level
needs to be checked by special equipment.

For determing the cable set, the required cable
length has to be checked.

Before and behind the turntable ± 250 mm needs to be
levelled for rolling runout compensation.

Level check of measurement area

Permissible height difference
between left and right
between front and rear
Diagonally from front left to rear right
Diagonally from front right to rear left
The level must be checked by a service engineer with
level gauge.
Permitted height deviation :

If necessary shim the turntables or sliding plates to
correct level.

On a lift it is important to have the same level on
measurement and adjustment height.

The turntables and sliding plates need to fixed to the
floor or runway and protected from dirt.
