11.3 Filter change

If the filter is soiled, it can be changed or cleaned as follows:
Remove the screw plug (fig. 13, pos. 6) with an Allen key AF 13.
Remove the pressure piece (fig. 13, pos. 5), the O-ring (fig. 13, pos. 4) and the strainer basket (fig. 13, pos. 2).
If necessary, the orifice (fig. 13, pos. 1) can be unscrewed with a slotted screwdriver.
Make sure that the sealing edge of the orifice is not damaged at reinstallation! If the orifice is damaged,
Caution!
exchange it.
Clean the strainer basket with cleaning agent, which does not attack stainless steel, or exchange it if necessary.
Screw the orifice in again. Make sure that the orifice is firmly seated in the pump housing because it seals with a cutting edge.
Reinsert the strainer basket, the O-ring and the pressure piece into the pump housing, and fixate them with the screw plug and Cu
sealing ring (fig. 13, pos. 3).

11.4 Change of the pressure limiting valve

In order to protect the lubricant circuit, a pressure limiting valve is integrated in the device (fig. 14, pos. 2). It opens from a lubricant
pressure of 280 bar. Proceed as follows to change the pressure limiting valve:
Loosen the screw plug with Allen key AF 8 (see fig. 14, pos. 1) and remove it including the Cu sealing ring.
Unscrew the pressure limiting valve with a hexagon wrench AF 9.
At the assembly of the pressure limiting valve, make sure that the ball, valve piston and spring are in the correct order in the
housing of the pressure limiting valve.
Screw the pressure limiting valve in again. Make sure that the pressure limiting valve is firmly seated in the pump housing because
it seals with a cutting edge.
Screw the screw plug incl. Cu sealing ring in again.
