10.2 Function

The device is connected to the hydraulic system of the carrier device via the pressure line P using a bypass line. The hydraulic oil is
guided through a filter with orifice (fig. 10, pos. 7) to the hydro motor (fig. 10, pos. 6), which ensures a continuous drive. The hydraulic
oil is returned to the hydraulic circuit via the return line R. The oil flow rate is adjustable via an adjusting throttle so that the speed of
the hydro motor and thus the number of strokes of the delivery piston or the delivery rate can be regulated. The hydro motor drives a
worm shaft (fig. 10, pos. 5) which transfers the revolutions to the eccentric unit (fig. 10, pos. 4). The eccentricity effects the suction and
pressure stroke of the delivery piston of the pump element (fig. 10, pos. 3). An integrated non-return valve (fig. 10, pos. 2) prevents
that the lubricant is sucked back. The lubricant is delivered to the different outlets via the pressure channel D. The outlets are either
open or closed depending on the installation location or position. Different cartridge types (fig. 10, pos. 1) are used as storage reservoir
for the lubricant. The installed pressure limiting valve is preset to 280 bar (fig. 11, pos. 6).
