LINKAGE ASSEMBLY
1. If necessary, install or replace the linkage bearings
before installing the linkage.
2. Install the left linkage onto the end of the linkage axle
without a thread on the inside, applying a small amount
of cylindrical components retainer.
The end of the linkage axle with threads on the insi-
de must be installed on the right side of Rise.
3. Install the linkage pinch bolt. Apply a thin layer of me-
dium strenght threadlock on the bolt and thighten it to
the recommended torque setting.
4. Apply a small amount of cylindrical components retai
ner to the axle spline.

5. With the frame bearings already in place, install the
linkage-axle assembly into the frame. Make sure the
left linkage is correctly installed. The axle should not be
visible between the linkage and the frame.

6/7. Install the right linkage. Thread the preload tool in
the axle and tighten the tool until the right linkage is
completely installed. The axle should not be visible
between the linkage and the frame.

8. Remove the preload tool and washer.
9. Apply a thin layer of medium strenght threadlock onto
the pinch bolt and tighten it to the recommended tor-
que setting.
10. Make sure there is no side play on the linkage.
