7. Einstellung
AWP-Überstromventile
Spindel (SW 5) eingestellt. Drehung der Spindel
Im Uhrzeigersinn bewirkt Erhöhung des Ansprechdruckes
und umgekehrt.
-bitte beachten-
Einstellung kann nur im entsprechenden Federbereich
erfolgen (siehe auch 2.).
Darüber hinaus sind entsprechende Druckfedern beim
Hersteller zu beziehen (siehe auch Pkt. 10).
Bei
vorhandenem
Gegendruck
Ansprechdruck abzuziehen und das Ventil auf die Differenz
einzustellen.
Bei Reduzieren des Ansprechdruckes durch Drehung der
Spindel entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn ist darauf zu drehen,
dass der Sicherungsring als Anschlag nicht mit Gewalt
herausgedrückt wird.
8. Wartung
AWP-Überströmventile
Mängel im Funktionsverhalten auf, ist eine Reparatur
möglich.
Während der Garantiezeit dürfen Reparaturen nur durch
AWP bzw. mit dessen Einverständnis durch geschultes
Instandhaltungspersonal
vorgenommen
werden..

Bei Montage der O-Ringe ist darauf zu achten, dass diese
durch das Spindelgewinde nicht beschädigt werden.
Vor der Montage Einzelteile reinigen, Spindelgewinde sind
zu fetten (z.B. mit RENAX UNITEMP 2).
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

7. Adjusting the valves
der
AWP overflow valves are adjusted by turning the stem
(width across 5). Turning the stem clock

ranges of the springs (also see 2.)
For pressure springs beyond these ranges, please contact
the manufacturer (see 10.).
If there is any back pressure, the latter has to be deducted
from the start-to-leak pressure and the valve has to

start-to-leak pressure by turning the stem counter-
clockwise, make sure that the locking ring, which acts as a
limit stop, is not pressed by force.
8. Maintenance
AWP overflow valves are maintenance-free. In case any
defects occur in the functional performance of the valves,
they can be repaired.
During the term of warranty, repairs may only be carried out
by the AWP or - with his consent - by s especially-trained
maintenance personnel working for the plant operator.

Screw the stem out by turning it counter-
clockwise
Attention: turn it only up to the limit stop
because of the locking ring

Remove the locking ring by means of a suitable
device (such as a screw driver) and with draw the
stem.
5.
O-ring seals SP (see list of spare parts).
When assembling the O-ring seals, make sure that they are
not damaged by the thread of the stem.
Before mounting, clean all component parts of the valves;
grease the threads of stem (e.g. ANTICORIT 5F).
Carry out the assembly in the opposite order
