2.12.a - Assembly and connections for models with console and recess

a. Undo the screws (31a) (fig.22).
b. Remove the cover (31b) of the box (31) (fig.22).
c. Wedge in the locks (32) in the specific slots (33) located on the side of the appliance (fig.23).
d. Secure the box (31) to the appliance by means of the two screws (34) (fig.23).
e. Connect the ground cable to the appliance structure using the supplied screw (x) and the washer (y)
(minimum force for screwing is 4 N) (fig.24).
f. Remount the cover (31b) of the box (31) and tighten the screws (31a) (fig.25).
g. Insert the control panel (30) in the seat positioned in the upper part of the fan coil/fan radiator, then secure
it to the side part by means of the two supplied screws (30a) (fig.26).
h. If the control must be installed on the left side of the machine, repeat the steps from point "a" to point "i",
but move the support (31b) as indicated in figure 26 instead.
i. Remount the sides of the appliance as described in the previous paragraph.
Once the connection operations and possible configuration are complete, close the electric panel by means
of the previously removed screws.
Reposition the front panel taking care to connect the connector of the display.
Secure the front panel by means of the screws, then power the machine.
- When the unit is configured for remote control, the remote controller is disabled.
- It is not possible to control the flap from remote control.
- In this mode, the air probe installed on board the fan coil is ignored.

2.13 - CONNECTION WITH SIOS CONTROL

- Set the connector located on connection "X8" on the connector "X7".
The presence contact is not available anymore.
- Connect the cables coming from connection "A B" of SIOS CONTROL with the connector "A B" of the
control, taking care to respect the polarity, ending the farthest unit with the supplied 120 Ohm heating
element.
- Enable Autonomous configuration (paragraph "3.4", configuration parameter "CF").
- Set the protocol type ASCII if SIOS CONTROL envisages B0863 or RTU if SIOS CONTROL does not
envisage B0863 (paragraph "3.4", configuration parameter "bU").
- Set the address, each appliance must have an address different from all the other units connected to the
same BUS (paragraph "3.4", configuration parameter "Ad").
- As regards mounting of the connections, proceed by following the indications described in the previous
paragraphs.
