• use of non-original consumables;
• transport carried out without the due precautions;
• use of software not related to the primary function of the machine;
• other events not connected with manufacturing defects
are not covered by this warranty.
Unless otherwise specified, removable parts, accessories and the parts
subject to natural wear due to their standard use are excluded from the
warranty. By way of example, parts such as: patient cables, batteries,
connecting cables, electrodes, glass parts, storage media, ink cartridges,
etc.
et medical devices SpA disclaims all responsibility for any damage that
may derive, directly or indirectly, to persons or things due to lack of
compliance with all the provisions given in the user's manual, particularly
as regards the installation, safety, use and maintenance of the machine
as well as the non-functioning of the machine itself.
If repair is required, take the machine to the nearest service centre
authorized by et medical devices SpA; material and labour are free of
charge while the risks and the cost of transport shall be borne by the
user.
After 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, the warranty expires
and service shall be carried out charging to the user the parts replaced
and labour expenses at the applicable rates.
Exceptions to these warranty conditions shall be valid only if expressly
approved by et medical devices SpA.

et medical devices SpA garantiza que este aparato está libre de
defectos en los materiales y en su funcionamiento por un periodo de 12
meses desde la fecha de venta. La fecha de venta debe ser demostrada
por un documento, expedido en el momento de la entrega, que deberá
ser presentado siempre que se realize cualquier reclamación dentro del
periodo que cubre la garantía.
