et medical devices SpA declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni
che possono derivare, direttamente o indirettamente, a persone o cose in
conseguenza della mancata osservanza di tutte le prescrizioni indicate nel
manuale d'uso specialmente in tema di installazione, sicurezza, uso e
manutenzione dell'apparecchio, nonché del mancato funzionamento
dell'apparecchiatura.
In caso di riparazione portare l'apparecchio al più vicino centro di
assistenza autorizzato da et medical devices SpA; materiale e
manodopera sono gratuiti mentre i rischi ed il costo di trasporto sono a
carico dell'utente.
Trascorsi dodici mesi dalla data di acquisto la garanzia decade e
l'assistenza verrà effettuata addebitando le parti sostituite e le spese di
mano d'opera secondo le tariffe vigenti.
Eventuali deroghe alle presenti condizioni di garanzia sono valide solo se
espressamente approvate da et medical devices SpA.

et medical devices SpA hereby warrants that this machine is free from
defects both as regards materials and processing for a period of 12
(twelve) months from the sales date. A document issued on delivery
represents the proof of the sales date and shall be submitted in case of
any request for intervention under warranty.
The warranty shall consist in replacing or repairing free of charge the
parts that are faulty due to construction defects or defects in the
materials used. The possible replacement of the machine is subject to the
irrevocable opinion of the manufacturer. It is not possible to extend the
warranty following any repair action.
Intervention deriving from:
• tampering and carelessness by third parties, including assistance or
maintenance by unauthorized personnel;
• lack of compliance with the instructions for use, unsuitable use or use
different from that for which the equipment was manufactured;
• failure of the electrical supply;
• damages caused by fire, explosion, natural disasters;
