VIII. Warranty

8.1 Warranty scope

Subject to the regulations specified in the following Section II "Non-warranty scope", all hydraulic pullers marked with SATA trademark
are provided with a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase, and the puller claw is provided with lifetime warranty.
If the product function is impaired in the normal use within the warranty period, you can get free repair at the SATA designated service
center. Please send the product to the SATA designated dealer by yourself and show the valid warranty card and proof of purchase (such
as invoice or receipt).
8.2 Non-warranty scope
The following conditions are not covered under the free warranty:
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, use, maintenance and storage of users
- Damage caused by natural wear and overloaded operation
- Man-made damage due to failure to observe the Operation Instruction during use
- Damage resulted from overhaul by yourself or by non-SATA designated service center
8.3 Use of warranty card
The user should fill in the "SATA hydraulic puller warranty card" completely within 7 days (namely, 7 days from the date on the proof
of purchase, the date of postmark on the product parcel sent at the time of purchase shall prevail) from the date of purchasing the SATA
hydraulic puller, and send the card to SATA Tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. by post, or fax or mail the card to After-sales Service Department of
SATA Tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Fax number: (8621) 6497 6568). No replacement will be provided if the warranty card is lost, so please keep it
properly.

8.4 About repair
For the product within the warranty scope and period, please bring the original proof of purchase and the warranty card with you and apply
for repair at the nearest SATA designated dealer.

8.6 Interpretation right
SATA Tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. reserves the interpretation right of above clauses.
