Safety instructions:
The operator must fully understand the following two symbols; otherwise, personal injury may be caused.
Dangerous — there is a possibility of causing personal injury.
Warning — there is a possibility of causing injury and accident.
Important — misoperation may cause damage to the equipment, which may pose a risk of danger.
Warning
The operator must fully read and understand the following requirement:
- Only the trained operator is allowed to install, operate, adjust, maintain, clean, repair and handle the equipment.
Warning
To prevent the injury of operator,
- check that the connections are proper with appropriate tools, the connectors are not tightened unduly to avoid
damaging threads, and the high-pressure quick connector matches before use.
Dangerous
- It is strictly prohibited to regulate the pressure of the safety valve without authorization.
- It is strictly prohibited to refit the puller without authorization.
- Do not carry out any pressurized operation before the claw is reliably protected by the safe cage to avoid accident
caused by slipping off of the claw.
- Unbalance loading of three claws is prohibited. Make sure that the puller center and the centerline of the part to be
removed are in the same axis.
- Overtravel operation is prohibited.
- When the hydraulic oil pipe is faulty, stop the operation immediately and unload the pipe, for fear of dangers. Never
attempt to grasp the damaged oil pipe by hand as high pressure fluid will cause personal injury.
- Never pose any potential risks (such as, fire, scratching by sharp blade, overheating, and supercooling) to the oil pipe.
Never overbend, turn, twist, crush, or cut the oil pipe; otherwise, the fluid supply will be cut off, causing injury and
accident. Do inspection carefully before use as all of these situations may cause personal injury.
- Do not use the oil pipe to pull the equipment as the stress on the pulled oil pipe may cause personal injury.
- The sealing material of the oil pipe and the joint shall be compatible with the hydraulic oil and shall not come into
contact with corrosive materials. Do not apply any paint to the oil pipe and the pipe joint.
- All parts in the hydraulic system shall be able to bear the maximum pressure of the pump.
