Problem
The system says Lift faster or Lift
slower after the weighing lift has been
performed.

There are large deviations in the load
weighing results, even if the lifts are
close to identical with regards to load,
speed and smoothness of lift.
The loader light does not turn on when
activating the loader light from display
and a fault is generated.
Possible Cause(s)
The weighing lift was performed
too slow or too fast compared to the
calibrated lift.

The implement angle was moved outside
the allowed range during the lift.

The load weighing calibration is not
correct.
The sensor/magnetic bolt for the loader
arm is not fixed correctly.
There is air trapped inside the pressure
sensor.
The hydraulic pressures are fluctuating
when lifting.
The loader light is not connected or has
possible damage.
Action
Increase or decrease the engine rpm
to better match the rpm used while
calibrating the implement.
Re-calibrate the implement with the
engine rpm you would like to use while
weighing.
Make sure to always use full joystick
deflection during lift.
Make sure that you do not change the tilt
angle during the lifting motion.
Re-calibrate the implement for load
weighing. Make sure you use a heavy
enough calibration weight. See 2.2.6.
Calibrate load weighing.
Contact dealer.
Operate the loader arm and the tool
carrier to it's mechanical stops a couple
of times to let the air bleed out from the
hydraulic system.
If the problem persists, contact dealer.
Check the hydraulic oil level and refill
if needed. Re-calibrate the implement
for load weighing, using the higher
weighing range. The pressures then have
more time to stabilize before the loader
reaches the weighing range, where the
measuring is done.
