Always use full deflection on joystick when
weighing and make sure the lifting motion is
smooth, to avoid oscillations in the measured
pressures.
For best accuracy, the same engine speed shall
-
be used for the load weighing lifts as the
calibration lifts.
Maintenance
•

Maintain your loader in good condition. Things
like excessively worn bushings and pivot pins
as well as lack of lubrication to these areas can
have an adverse effect on weighing accuracy.
After any major servicing, particularly if worn
components have been replaced or welding
repairs have been carried out, the weighing
system should be recalibrated. Cavitation in the
hydraulic system can cause weighing errors.
This risk is greatly reduced if the oil level in the
tractor hydraulic system is kept according to the
manufacturer's specification.
3.1.2. Lifting procedure
A correct lifting procedure is important to get the best weighing accuracy. The load shall be lifted smoothly and consistently,
but with full joystick deflection, through the weighing range.
Procedure
•
Pick up the load.
•
Make sure the loader is below the weighing
range, and that the implement angle is at the
desired position.

The required implement angle is
indicated by the green marker.
The marker indicates the implement
angle used when calibrating the
selected implement.

Incorrect implement angle is
indicated by the Implement indication
figure.

The Lower loader indication is lit
until the loader is below the Weighing
range.
-
A weighing lift cannot be started until
both the Implement angle deviation
and Lower loader indication are
turned off.
