4. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
The display is showing Connect loader
to tractor.

The indicator in loader height instrument
is not visible on the display.
Note. If the loader height instrument is
not functioning, the implement angle
instrument will most likely not function
either.
The indicator in implement angle
instrument is not updated when the
implement is moving, but the loader
height instrument is working.
The indicator in the loader height
instrument is moving unevenly, even
when the loader arm itself is moving
smoothly.
The indicator in the implement angle
instrument is moving unevenly,
even when the tool carrier is moving
smoothly.
In Weighing view, no weighing results
are presented when doing a load
weighing lift.
Possible Cause(s)
The electrical wiring harness between
tractor and loader is disconnected.
The electrical wiring harness between

tractor and loader has possible damage.
The loader Electronic Control Unit
(ECU) is malfunctioning.
The software versions of the display
and the loaders Electronic Control Unit
(ECU) are incompatible.

The loader positions are not properly
calibrated.
The rotational sensor for the loader arm
is disconnected
The rotational sensor, or its electrical
harness, for the loader arm has possible
damage.
The loader- and implement positions are
not properly calibrated.
The rotational sensor, or its electrical
harness, for the tool carrier is broken.
The sensor/magnetic bolt for the loader
arm is not fixed correctly.
The sensor/magnetic bolt for the tool
carrier is not fixed correctly.
The criteria for performing a successful
load weighing lift were not fulfilled (see
chapter 3.1.2. Lifting procedure).
Action
Connect the electrical harness between
the tractor and loader.
Inspect electrical wiring harness.
