7.1.1

Preparation for control system PSQ6000 XQR

The timer is prepared ist for the control system PSQ6000 XQR.
Rewelds will be welded UI controlled and with an adaptive UI monitoring (witjhout
Q monitoring PSF, UIP, FQF) monitored, if UI control and monitoring is activated
via parameter.
In case of XQR firmware < 415 PSF, UIP and FQF will be monitored also.
Rewelds can be started via the input "Reweld". Via this input actual errors will be
reset too.
Example sequences:
• Reweld ok (refer to Timer diagrams fig. 5):
The welding sequence was finished with welding process error,
o
the timer goes in error.
Start remains present.
o
With rising edge of the input I: „Reweld", the error will be reset.
o
The welding sequence will be executed as reweld with UI
control and limited UI monitoring (without Q monitoring).
If reweld has been finished without error, then the output O:
o
„Weld OK" will be set..
• Reweld not ok (refer to Timer diagrams fig. 6):
The welding sequence was finished with welding process error,
o
the timer goes in error state.
Start remains present.
o
With rising edge of the input I: „Reweld", the error will be reset.
o
The welding sequence will be executed as reweld with UI
o
control and limited UI monitoring (without Q monitoring).
If reweld has been finished with error, then the output O: „Weld
o
not OK" will be set and the timer goes in error state.
• Reweld after new edge of start signal (refer to Timer diagrams fig. 7):
The welding sequence was finished with welding process error,
o
the timer goes in error state.
Input I: „Start" will be reset.
o
With rising edge of the input I: „Reweld", the error will be reset.
o
By renewed rising edge at input I: „Start" a new sequence will
o
be executed.
Cause the signal I: "Reweld" remains active at start time,
the sequence will be executed as reweld with UI control and
limited UI monitoring (without Q monitoring).
If the spot selection has been changed in the mean time, the
parameter set of the new selected spot will be used.
If the reweld will be finished without error, the output O: „Weld
o
OK" will be set.
7.1.2

Electrode maintenance concept

• Output: "Start tip dress request" follows the current spot selection
• Output: "Tip dress request" follows the current spot selection
• Output: "Tip changing prewarning" follows the current spot selection
• Output: "End of Stepper" follows the current spot selection
• Output: "Tip dress counter reset" is set, while input "Tips have been dressed" is
high.
