are sprayed.
Therefore, wear suitable protective
clothing, including protective gloves and
respiratory protection, when handling
hazardous substances.
● When atomizing flammable fluids:
Only fluids with a flash point above 55°C
are permitted.
Avoid sources of ignition in the area.
Make sure that the workplace is well
ventilated.
● Prevent spray droplets from drifting onto
surfaces that are not to be treated.
● Do not spray against the wind outdoors.
● When filling the unit, always observe the
pressure gauge and do not exceed the
permissible filling pressure of 6 bar.
● Operate the unit in an upright position
only.
● Do not allow the unit to remain under
pressure for a long period.

depressurise the unit and empty it.
● The employers' liability insurance associa-
tion recommends that spray units be sub-
jected to a professional examination every
5 years (ideally by the manufacturer).
● Regularly check pressurised and fluid-
carrying parts, operating parts, as well
as the safety valve and the pressure
gauge, for proper functioning. If you sus-
pect damage, shut down the unit imme-
diately.
● Rinse clogged nozzles or valves in wa-
ter. Do not blow through with your
mouth.
● Do not point the end of the spray lance
towards you when unscrewing it.
Function
The spray unit can be filled with com-
pressed air by manually pumping the pump
handle, or by connecting a compressed air
source with a maximum of 6 bar.
6
The pressure in the container is displayed
on the pressure gauge. If the pressure in
the container rises above 6 bar, excess
compressed air escapes through the safety
valve.
By pressing the stop valve on the handle,
fluid that has been filled into the unit (e.g.
detergent) can be sprayed.
