Une perte pour joint d'environ 78 mm apparaît consécutivement au profilage d'un bac standard.
A lost of seam of 78mm appears after a standard profiling.

SLITTING (LENGTHWISE CUT) / ERNEUTES SPALTEN (LÄNGSSCHNITT)
Le refendage permet de diminuer la largeur du bac à profiler. La coupe du bac s'effectue en même temps
que le profilage.
Slitting allows reducing the width of the bin to be shaped. The bin cut is made at the same time as the shaping.
Erneutes Spalten ermöglicht eine Abnahme der Plattebreite. Der Platteschnitt wird gleichzeitig mit dem Profilieren
ausgeführt.

COUPE TRANSVERSALE / TRANSVERSE CUT / QUERSCHNITT

Elle s'effectue en fin de cycle, par exemple lors d'un cycle de profilage en mode Auto ou Semi auto. La
Dipro 2SPV réalise une coupe tranversale totale ou partielle qui permet de récupérer les chutes en cas de
refendage.
It proceeds at the end of a cycle, for instance, during a cycle of profiling in the Autom. or Semi Autom. mode. The
DIPRO-2SPV proceeds in a full or partial transverse cut, which enables to collect the offcuts in case of slitting.
Er erfolgt am einer Zyklusende, z.B. während eines Profilierzykluses in Autom. oder Semi Autom. Modus. Die
DIPRO-2SPV macht einen Gesamt- oder Teilquerschnitt, was im Fall eines erneuten Spaltens ermöglicht, die
Schächte zu sammeln.

REFENDEUSE / SLITTER-WINDER / ROLLENSCHNEIDER

La Dipro 2SPV permet de refendre des feuilles sans profiler. Des guides latéraux spécifiques guident la
feuille côté fixe et le décalage du couteau de refendage permet une coupe longitudinal sans profilage.
The Dipro-2 SPV can slit sheets without shaping. Specially designed lateral guides guide the sheet on the fixed side
and the slitting blade offset provides lengthwise cutting without shaping.
Die Dipro 2SPV ermöglicht,, Bleche zu schneiden ohne sie zu profilieren. Die speziellen seitlichen Führungen
führen das Blech auf der festen Seite und das versetzte Schneidemesser ermöglicht einen Längsschnitt ohne
Profilierung.
