Front axle


Elevate vehicle and remove wheels.

Please note: If the vehicle has an automatic headlight leveling
control system, you may have to detach the connection
between the regulating device and the axle to prevent damage.

Attention: Note fitting direction of washers (1).

Loosen nuts (2 and 3), remove bolts and suspension strut.

Installation takes place in reverse order.

Adjust spring cup height (distance between top fastening bolt
and bottom edge of circlip Fig. 3, dimension X).

Tighten fastening bolts (1 and 2) when the vehicle springs are
compressed.

