Rear axle

Elevate vehicle and remove wheels.

Please note: If the vehicle has an automatic headlight leveling
control system, you may need to detach the control unit from the
axle to prevent damage.

Loosen nuts (1 and 2), remove bolt and suspension strut.

Installation takes place in reverse order.

Adjust spring cup height (distance between top fastening bolt and
bottom edge of circlip, Fig. 3, dimension X).

Tighten fastening bolts (1 and 2) when the vehicle springs are
compressed.

