used for programming (see section 4). The relay is equipped with a change-over contact
that can be used at your own discretion and has a maximum switching capacity of
250VAC 5A. Each door lock, without exception, must be connected to a separate power
supply. (Do not use the provided energy supply plug.)
The cable between the scanner and control panels must be connected separately from
the electrical house installation because of signals in the low voltage range that can be
interrupted by neighbouring current-carrying cables.
The connectionsare not reverse-battery-protected.
ATTENTION:
The electrical unit should be installed by a professional technician.

OPERATION

4.1

USING THE OPERATION KEYS OF CONTROL PANEL

Programming is carried out via the 4 keys (see Figure 2):
OK = -key:
< and > -keys: to change the values in the display and
ESC = X -key:
PROGRAM, MENU FUNCTIONS AND DISPLAY
Normal operation
Enrol user
Delete user
Set security code
Reset to initial settings
4.2 INITIAL STARTUP:
COUPLING THE SCANNER AND CONTROL PANEL
When the devices are initially connected to the power supply, the display of the scanner
panel begins counting backwards until connection has been established with the control
panel. Two red dots are then displayed. During this time the LED light remains red. After
the initial process is completed, the LED light begins to blink orange. The device can now
be initialised.
