The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault
The head-
phones cannot
be switched on.
No sound.
Sound is only
coming from
one side of the
headphones.

Possible cause

The internal battery is
not charged.
The headphones are
not switched on.
The volume is set to
minimum.
The playback device is
not switched on.
The playback device
has been muted.
The audio cable
incorrectly connected
in AUX-IN mode.
The stereo balance
control on the
playback device is
incorrectly adjusted.
Remedy
Charge the battery (see
section Charging the
battery).
Press the
for about 2 seconds to
switch on the head-
phones.
Set the desired volume
using the

also increase the volume
on the playback device.
Switch on the playback
device.
Unmute the playback
device.
Make sure that the
audio cable

is
correctly connected to
the AUX IN socket
of the headphones and
the playback device.
Adjust the stereo
balance control to the
setting you desire.
