I - Regolare il valore di tensione del motore—forse eccessiva. Verificare che le caratteristiche della reggia siano conformi
all'apparecchio ed all'applicazione. Verificare la misura della reggia ed adeguare i relativi guidareggia sulla macchina e
controllarne l'allineamento e che non siano usurati o rotti
UK - Adjust the motor power—too much tension force. Check if the strap qualities are right for the strapping tool and application.
Check strap size , adjust the guides. Check the alignment and if are worn out.
F - Régler la valeur de tension du moteur —peut-être excessive. Contrôler si les caractéristiques du feuillard sont conformes à
l'appareil et à l'application de cerclage. Contrôler les dimensions du feuillard, régler les cliquets de guidage correspondants des
feuillards et contrôler leur alignement.
D - Den Spannungswert des Motors einstellen – ev. zu hoch. Kontrollieren, ob sich das Band für das Gerät und die
Anbringungsweise eignet. Die Bandabmessung kontrollieren. Die betreffenden Bandführungen auf der Maschine anpassen und
deren Ausrichtung prüfen. Sicherstellen, dass sie nicht abgenutzt oder gebrochen sind.
E - Ajuste el valor de tensión del motor; puede resultar excesivo. Revise que las características del fleje se correspondan con las
del aparato y la aplicación. Compruebe la medida del fleje y adapte las respectivas guías en la máquina, controle su alineación y
que no estén desgastadas o rotas.

I - Verificare: la distanza tra rullo e piastrine blocca reggia (circa 0,2mm), se le piastrine di bloccaggio sono sporche e/o usurate,
la regolazione della potenza del motore in relazione alle caratteristiche qualitative e dimensionali della reggia.
UK - Adjust the gap between feedwheel and grippers (around 0,2mm– 0.008"). Check if the locking strap plates aren't dirty or
damaged. Adjust the motor power as qualities of strap
F - Contrôler la distance entre le rouleau et les plaquettes de blocage du feuillard (environ 0,2mm), si la plaquette de blocage est
sale et/ou usée, le réglage de la force de tensionnement par rapport au type et aux dimensions du feuillard
D - Den Zwischenraum zwischen der Rolle und den Bandhalteplättchen (zirka 0,2 mm) kontrollieren. Prüfen, ob die Halteplättchen
verschmutzt und/oder abgenutzt sind und ob sich die Art und Bemessung des Bandes für die eingestellte Motorleistung eignet
E - Compruebe: la distancia entre el rodillo y las plaquitas de bloqueo del feje (0,2 mm aproximadamente), si las plaquitas de
bloqueo están sucias y/o dañadas, el ajuste de la potencia del motor de acuerdo a las características de calidad y dimensiones
del fleje

I - Verificare che la distanza tra rullo e piastrine blocca reggia sia corretta (circa 0,2mm) - eventualmente modificare il valore della
distanza aumentandolo. Verificare che le caratteristiche della reggia siano conformi all'apparecchio ed all'applicazione.
UK - Adjust the gap between feedwheel and grippers (around 0,2mm– 0.008")- try to increase the gap. Check if the strap qualities
are right for the strapping tool and application.
F - Contrôler si la distance entre le rouleau et les plaquettes de blocage du feuillard est correcte (environ 0,2mm- 0.008 ») –
éventuellement augmenter la distance. Vérifier si les caractéristiques du feuillard sont conformes à l'appareil et l'application de
cerclage.
D - Den Zwischenraum zwischen der Rolle und den Bandhalteplättchen (zirka 0,2 mm) kontrollieren - eventuell erhöhen.
Kontrollieren, ob sich das Band für das Gerät und die Anbringungsweise eignet.
E - Compruebe que la distancia entre el rodillo y las plaquitas de bloqueo del fleje sea correcta (0,2 mm aproximadamente), si es
necesario modifique el valor de la distancia aumentándolo. Revise que las características del fleje se correspondan con las del
aparato y la aplicación.
Problemi al tensionamento reggia, la macchina tende a ritornare indietro e la reggia si allenta / Tensioning problem— the

I - Probabile problema su dispositivo antiritorno (contattare centro assistenza)
UK - Probably damaged the "holding tension system" ( contact the after sale service)
F - Le dispositif anti-retour a certainement un problème (contacter le service après-vente).
D - Wahrscheinlich besteht ein Problem auf dem Rückfahrschutz (den Kundendienst kontaktieren)
E - Puede haber un problema en el dispositivo antiretorno (póngase en contacto con el centro de asistencia)
Si verificano perdite di aria / Hearing air leak / Il y a des fuites d'air / Druckluft-Leckstellen / Se presentan escapes de aire
I - Necessario ripristinare le guarnizioni di tenuta (contattare centro assistenza)
UK - Should be necessary replace the gaskets ( contact the after sale service)
F - Les joints d'étanchéité sont à remplacer (contacter le service après-vente).
D - Die Dichtungen wieder instand setzen (den Kundendienst kontaktieren)
E - Es necesario restablecer las empaquetaduras de estanquidad (póngase en contacto con el centro de asistencia)

I - Verificare e regolare il tempo di sigillatura in base al tipo di reggia utilizzato . Verificare l'usura della cesoia e del piedino di
saldatura — eseguire manutenzione . Verificare: se il piedino di saldatura non è sporco e / o scivola sulla reggia, se con la reggia
in tensione la macchina torna indietro, e se la pressione dell'aria è corretta e costante.
