Pulire periodicamente l'apparecchio dai residui di reggia, in particolare il rullo di tensionamento, le piastrine dentate del gruppo
saldatura e trazione, la cesoia utilizzando esclusivamente aria compressa (fig. H1, H2)

Sustitución del cortador

Rimuovere il tubo aria dal motore di saldatura e dal motore di tensionamento (fig.L1),rimuovere la vite di fissaggio leva apertura e
toglierla (fig.L2) rimuovere le tre viti di fissaggio della valvola e toglierla (fig.L3), rimuovere le due viti di fissaggio motore di saldatura
(fig.L4), togliere il motore (fig.L5),rimuovere la molla spingi lama con una pinza (fig.L6),soffiare aria con una pistola nel tubo scollegato
dal motore in modo da spingere il pistone per liberare la cesoia e contemporaneamente con una pinzetta rimuovere la cesoia (fig.L7).
Sostituirla e rimontare in ordine inverso ingrassando la cesoia e la molla.

Disconnect the air pipes from welding motor and tension motor (pic.L1),remove the opening lever screw and remove the
opening lever (pic.L2),remove 3 pneumatic valve screws and remove the valve (pic.L3) remove the 2 locking welding motor screws
(pic.L4), remove the motor (pic.L5).Put out the cutter spring by pliers (pic.L6), inlet air in the disconnected pipe to push down the piston
to get free the cutter and in meantime remove by pliers the cutter from its seat (pic.L7). Replace it and reassembly in reverse order
putting grease on spring and cutter seat.
