Extraction phase
Use the buttons "T" and "W" to increase or
decrease the extraction speed. There are 8
extraction speed values in a scale going from
1 to 9.

Max. speed
Use the button "U" to increase the extraction
speed to maximum for a few seconds. This
function can be handy when starting to cook
food that creates lots of smoke.

Each drawer "Y" has its own
refrigerating unit and can be switched on,
adjusted and switched off independently.
To use the refrigerated drawers for keeping
food, the suction system must be switched the
button "S".

Switching on/off refrigerated
drawers
Pressing the control marked ON/OFF "Z" will
switch the drawer on or off (in this case leave
the drawer half-open to avoid the formation of
unpleasant odours), alternatively.

Temperature selection
Each drawers is fi tted with a thermoregulator,
which
automatically
temperatures.
Drawer cooling temperature values vary from
0 to ± 10 depending on the regulation.
I4.2
Temperature selection drawer
The electronic thermoregulator has two buttons
controls:

An ON/OFF control
•
A temperature adjustament control
To set the required temperature, press the
control "A1".
Each time this control is pressed, the LED
indicator will light up from left to right; for
intermediate settings, two adjacent LEDs will
light up.
When the indicator is on the left, the refrigerator
is set to minimun (warmer), while each position
moving towards the right increases the setting
(cooler) by aproximately 3°C.
To select a lower temperature, press the
control repeatly until the lit indicator furthest on
the right switches on (maximun cold settings);
a second press will reset the thermoregulator
on the minimun temperature (indicator light to
the left).
