Communicating HSM control system
Introduction
The regulation system is comprised of two boards - HY-NEC and
HY-NEC (Prime), a room unit "CRC" (optional) and of water flow
rate regulation valves.
To facilitate maintenance operations and work times, all the HSM
regulator connections have faston connections, pre-wired in the
factory.
The HSM system is supplied in the following configurations:
• 2 pipes version.
• 2 pipes + low power electrical heater version.
• 2 pipes + high power electrical heater version.
• 4 pipes version.
• 4 pipes + low power electrical heater version.
The controller senses the room temperature either by the
temperature sensor incorporated in the room control panel
(CRC) or by a temperature sensor incorporated in the return air
of the FAN COIL.
Note:
With the control (Room Controller) fitted on the unit, and fan
stopped for set-point reached, the air temperature variation is
not immediately sensed by the control because of the air
stratification effect.
To overcome this problem, the controller periodically restarts
the fan for 30 seconds every 7 minutes.

Introduzione
Il sistema di regolazione è composto da due schede HY-NEC e
HY-NEC (Prime), da una unità ambiente "CRC" (opzionale) e da
valvole di regolazione della portata d'acqua.
Allo scopo di facilitare le operazioni di manutenzione e di ridurre i
tempi di intervento, tutto l'insieme dei collegamenti del regolatore
HSM si basa su innesti rapidi precablati in fabbrica.
Il sistema HSM è fornito nelle seguenti configurazioni:
• Versione 2 tubi.
• Versione 2 tubi + riscaldatori elettrici a bassa potenza.
• Versione 2 tubi + riscaldatori elettrici ad alta potenza.
• Versione 4 tubi.
• Versione 4 tubi + riscaldatori a bassa potenza
Il sistema misura la temperatura ambiente o mediante il sensore di
temperatura incorporato nell'unità ambiente (CRC) oppure mediante
un sensore di temperatura posizionato sulla ripresa dell'aria del
FAN/COIL.
Nota:
Con il comando (Room Controller) montato a bordo macchina,
a ventilatore fermo per raggiunto set point il comando non
percepisce immediatamente variazioni di temperatura a causa
dell'effetto stratificante dell'aria.
Per ovviare a questo problema il regolatore avvia ciclicamente
il ventilatore per 30 secondi ogni 7 minuti.
