Start-up
>
Place your coffee machine on a sturdy, horizontal, water-proof and heat-resistant installation
surface. Keep the machine away from heat surfaces (hob, gas flame, etc.).
>
Place the drip tray with the inserted drip tray grid inside the coffee pad machine.
>
Insert the mains plug into an earthed socket.
>
Protect the mains cable from damage:
- Do not clamp the mains cable into position.
- Protect the mains cable from sharp edges, moisture, heat or oil.
2.3 Inserting the water filter and filling the water tank

To switch on the coffee pad machine, press the On/Off button

Caution!
Potential damage to your coffee pad machine
Liquids other than drinking water can cause damage to your coffee pad machine or lead to blockages.
> Only use clean, cold drinking water to replenish the water in the water tank of your coffee pad
machine.
> Never fill the water tank with hot water, mineral water or milk.
The coffee pad machine is sensitive to frost after being filled with water for the first time. It may be
damaged by frost. The housing may be melted by naked flames or hot hob plates.
> Only operate and store your coffee pad machine in frost-free rooms.
> Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces or close to flames.
Removing
>
Tilt the water tank a little to the rear before raising it.
>
Remove the cover and remove the accessory parts inserted into the tank.
(see Fig. 5)
>
Thoroughly rinse the water tank with tap water.
