CONTROLLI DA EFFETTUARE
Eseguire i controlli sottoindicati durante il funzionamento del sollevatore.
Osservare che le sicurezze meccaniche abbiano un corretto inserimento
·
nelle loro sedi.
Controllare il corretto funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza
·
ANCORAGGIO SOLLEVATORE A PAVIMNETO

ATTENZIONE
Nel caso che il pavimento, nonostante le precauzioni adottate, non
sia perfettamente livellato, servirsi di alcuni spessori metallici da
mettere sotto le basi del sollevatore riportandole perfettamente
orizzontali ( A CURA DI PERSONALE AUTORIZZATO)
Usando le basi come dime, forare con una punta Ø12 mm
·
il pavimento per una profondità di circa 160 mm.
pulire i fori ed inserire i tasselli
(tipo FISCHER FA 12 X 150 o HILTI
HST M......... o
equivalaenti) con leggeri colpi di martello.)
prima del serraggio finale dei tasselli è importante verificare la
·
perpendicolarità fra l'asse verticale del sollevatore ed il pavimento.
procedere al serraggio dei tasselli utilizzando una chiave
·
dinamometrica tarata a 40 Nm.
Rimuovere le barre di collegamento presenti sulla base (fig..33)
·
CONTROLLI FINALI
Eseguire i controlli sottoindicati durante il funzionamento del sollevatore.
- funzionamento rampe salita e fermaruota anteriori.
- allineamento piattaforme
- finecorsa salita
(la salita deve arrestarsi prima della fase di travaso)
- micro antiribaltamento
(interponendo un ostacolo,sotto alle piattaforme il sollevatore deve
arrestarsi) e micro salvapiedi (il sollevatore deve arrestarsi a 45cm dal
pavimento durante la discesa)
- micro esclusione pulsante autorizzazione discesa
(il micro deve disattivarsi a 50cm dal pavimento durante la discesa)
- velocità di chiusura completa delle piattaforme
(deve intervenire ammortizzando la chiusara a 3/6cm dal pavimento)
- controllare che le zone di scorrimento dei pattini siano lubrificate
- eventuali perdite di olio
- effettuare alcuni cicli di salita e discesa a vuoto

ATTENZIONE
Quando i soffitti sono più bassi del normale, per evitare spiacevoli
conseguenze ai mezzi, bisogna assolutamente applicare ad un'altezza
che, comunque permetta di operare con tranquillità, un dispositivo di
sicurezza adeguato che blocchi immediatamente, quando eccitato, la
salita dell'impianto con il carico, ad almeno 20 cm dal soffitto
CHECKS TO BE PERFORMED
Perform the following checks when operating the car lift:
Be sure that the mechanical safety devices are properly inserted in
·
their seats.
Check that the safety devices are in proper working order.
·
PLATFORMS FIXING

WARNING
If the floor is still not perfectly level despite the precautions taken
put some metal shims under the bases of the lift until they are per-
fectly horizontal. (TO BE DONE BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL)
Using the bases as templates, drill the floor (using a 12 Ø mm bit) to
·
a depth of about 160 mm; clean the holes and insert anchor bolts
(FISCHER FA 12 X 150 or HILTI HST M........or their equivalent)
with light hammer blows.
Before tightening the bolts, check that the lift's vertical axis is
·
perpendicular to the floor and only then tighten the bolts using a
torque wrench set to 40 Nm.
Remove the connecting bars that are on the base (fig.33)
·
FINAL CHECKS
Perform the following checks when operating the car lift.
- ascent ramp and front wheel stop operation
- platform alignment
- ascent microswitch (lifting must stop before the oil transfer phase)
- anti-tilting micro-switch (putting an obstacle under the platforms the lift
stops) and foot guard micro-switch (the lift stops 45cm from the floor
during descent).
- micro-switch excluding the descent button (the micro-switch must
disable itself 50cm from the floor during descent).
- complete platform closing speed (it must be done cushioning closing
3-6 cm from the floor)
- check that the sliding block areas are lubricated
- check for any oil leaks
- run a few ascent and descent cycles with no load

ATTENTION
If the ceiling is lower than usual, to avoid damaging the lifted vehicle, it
is necessary to mount a security device which immediately stops the
lifting of the vehicle. It must be mounted at a distance of no lower than
20 cm from the ceiling. This will allow personnel to work in total safety.
