6) Verifica del riempimento del cicuito idraulico
- scollegare dal collettore posto in centralina i 4 tubi rilsan di ritorno
dai cilindri
- posizionare i 4 tubi in un recipiente
- eseguire l'operazione descritta al paragrafo 5
- verificare che da ogni tubo fuoriesca un flusso regolare di olio
(senza presenza di aria)
7) Premere il pulsante discesa "5" fino alla chiusura delle piattaforme.
8) Ripetere per 2 cicli l'operazione di carico cilindri e spurgo aria
premendo il pulsante salita "1" ed esclusione finecorsa salita "4".
9) Premere il pulsante discesa "5" fino alla chiusura completa delle
piattaforma utilizzando nell'ultimo tratto, contemporaneamente il
relativo pulsante " 6" .
Ripetere l'operazione descritta al punto 5 mensilmente con il solle-
vatore a vuoto per mantenere carico il cicuito oleodinamico.
Solo per LT-ATLT
10) Collegare all'interno della centralina le due tubazioni (nr.24) ri-
spettando lo schema (fig.30)
11) Per azionare la torretta ruotare il selettore "7" in posizione "T",
premere il pulsante salita "1" e sollevare le torrette alla massima
altezza.
12) Premere il pulsante discesa "5" per riportare le torrette alla po-
sizione di chiusura.
13) La chiusura ultimo tratto avviene premendo contemporanea-
mente il pulsate ultimo tratto "6" ed il pulsante discesa "5"
Ripetere l'operazione descritta al punto 5 mensilmente con il solle-
vatore a vuoto per mantenere carico il cicuito oleodinamico.
6) Carefully observe the pipe connecting diagram to avoid serious
damage to the lift
- Check filling of the hydraulic circuit
- disconnect the 4 Rilsan return pipes from thecylinders on the ma-
nifold housed in the unit
- put the 4 pipes in a container
- carry out the operation described in paragraph 5
- check that a regular flow of oil comes out of each pipe (with no air

down.
8) Repeat the cylinder filling and air bleeding cycles twice more
pressing the ascent push button "1" and the ascent limit switch

9) Press the descent push button "5" until the platforms are fully
down simultaneously using the relative push button "6" for the
last part.
Repeat the operation described in point 5 every month with the lift
empty to keep the hydraulic circuit charged.
For LT – ATLT only
10) Connect the two pipes (no.24) inside the unit observing the dia-
gram (fig.30)
11) To operate the lifting table, turn selector "7" round to position
"T", press the ascent push button "1" and lift the lifting tables to
their maximum height.
12) Press the descent button "5" to bring the lifting tables back
into the closing position.
13) To close the last part press button "6" and descent button "5".
Repeat the operation described in point 5 every month with the lift
empty to keep the hydraulic circuit charged.
