Inserting / replacing soldering tips

Removal of a soldering tip
may only be done when the appliance has been switched off and
the soldering tip or attachment has cooled down.
All soldering tips and attachments have a screw thread and can,
therefore, be easily and quickly replaced on the soldering pencil
Turn the soldering tip or attachment anti-clockwise to remove it.
Turn the soldering tip or attachment clockwise to fix it in place.
