Ensure that the USB cable is
connected properly. Ensure that the
logo file is present on the USB drive
and it is called "logo.bmp. "
Insert the upgrade dongle in the save
screen.
Please reboot the system.
• Ensure that the camera is on and
check the cable connections.
• Ensure that the proper video source
is selected.
• If the video is routed through
SIDNE®, ensure that SIDNE is
powered on.
