FUEL FILTER REPLACEMENT

Follow the procedure below.
1- Turn off the engine and remove the
ignition key.
2- Let the engine cool down adequately to
avoid being burnt.
3- Prepare a container to collect any leak.
4- Disassemble filter(Z) and replace it.
5- Fill the new filter with fuel from the filter
you have just removed.
6- Lubricate the gasket of the new filter
before mounting it.
7-Refit the filter.
8- Bleed air from the fuel supply circuit.

9- Turn the engine on and check for any
fuel leaks.

DCU BOX INTERNAL FILTER REPLACEMENT

1 - slacken the bolt A
2 - remove the filter cartridge Band
replace it witha new one
3 - install the new filter cartridge inside
the DCU box unit
4 - tighten the bolt A

If any fuel leaks are found, stop the
engine immediately and contact an
authorised service centre.
Do not throw away any polluting
material in the environment. Carry out
their disposal in compliance with the
relevant legislation in force.
