7 Maintenance
CAUTION
Failure to follow the maintenance instructions
Risk of injuries due to changes in or loss of functionality and damage to the
product
► Observe the following maintenance instructions.
► Following an individual period for the patient to get accustomed to the
prosthesis, check the settings of the prosthesis and adapt them to the
patient's requirements again as needed.
► After the test prosthesis is returned and before aligning a test prosthesis
for another patient check all prosthesis components for wear and dam­
age.
CAUTION! Do not reuse any worn or damaged prosthesis compon­
ents.
INFORMATION: If there are doubts about the reusability of a pros­
thesis component, contact the manufacturer.
► Direct the patient to observe the following maintenance instructions:
Check the entire prosthesis for damage after each use.
In case of changes in or loss of functionality and damage, do not contin­
ue using the prosthesis and have it checked by qualified personnel.
8 Disposal
This product may not be disposed of with regular domestic waste in all juris­
dictions. Disposal that is not in accordance with the regulations of the coun­
try where the product is used may have a detrimental impact on health and
the environment. Please observe the information provided by the responsible
authorities in the country of use regarding return, collection and disposal
procedures.

The manufacturer will only assume liability if the product is used in accord­
ance with the descriptions and instructions provided in this document. The
manufacturer will not assume liability for damage caused by disregarding the
information in this document, particularly due to improper use or unauthor­
ised modification of the product.
