FITTING THE OPTIONAL SUPPORT LEG (illustrations 35-38)
WARNING: The optional support leg can only be fitted onto the QR seat if it is
installed with the Isofix connectors and without the Top Tether.
• Take the two covers off the front part of the base (fig.35).
• Simultaneously press the two pivots situated on the upper tubes (fig.36).
• Insert both tubes into the front slots taking care to insert them at the same time to
prevent them from locking. They will click when correctly fastened (fig.37).
• Use one hand to turn the red intermediate fastening part outwards, and use the other
hand to pull the telescopic support of the leg down to the floor of the vehicle (fig.38).
Release the red part and make sure that the telescopic tube does not remain between
two locking positions.
WARNINg: If the telescopic tube is between two positions, it should be set to the
corresponding locking position (upper or lower) to provide as much support as possible.
NOTE: Consult the vehicle list for installation with the support leg.
