Troubleshooting

If faults should occur on this appliance, check them using the following table:
Fault
The green indica-
tor light does not
light up when
switched on.
The appliance is
switched on but
does not heat.
The rotary switch
for the water sup-
ply is switched on
but no water is
running.
Water only runs
slowly.
If you can not resolve the fault,
− turn off the device and disconnect from the mains power,
− do not open the cover,
− contact customer service.

Possible cause
Main switch on front of the ap-
pliance is not turned on.
There is no power supply at all.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
An upstream energy optimising
unit does not switch on the hea-
ting.
Rotary switch for mode/power
level is switched off.
On-site water tap is shut.
Rotary switch for temperature
stands at "0".
The spray regulator (aerator) on
the water supply is dirty.
Remedy
Turn on the main switch.
Notify
energy supply company.
Have possible appliance faults checked
by an authorized customer service.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Check the energy optimising unit.
Set mode/power level and temperature.
Open the water tap provided on-site.
Set rotary switch for temperature to the
lowest temperature.
Remove the spray regulator (aerator) on
the water supply with a pair of tongs.
Clean the water supply line and the spray
regulator. Insert spray regulator ensuring
that the spray regulator is sufficiently
clamped.
