Operating the compressed air paint spray gun
• Switching the compressed
air paint spray gun on/off
Tips for use:
When thinning, make sure that the
„
substance to be sprayed and the thinner
are compatible. If the wrong thinner is
used, lumps may form and as a result of
this, the compressed air paint spray gun
can get clogged.
Unscrew the lid

Identify the appropriate settings in each

spraying process approx. 10 cm away
from the spraying surface.
Switching on:
Press to switch on the trigger arm of the

compressed air paint spray gun
keep it pressed.
Switching off:
To stop operation, release the trigger arm

again.

• Set the paint quantity

You can control the paint quantity to be
sprayed using the paint quantity adjusting
screw 7 .
Identify the appropriate settings in each

case by carrying out a test.

• Set the paint jet

The device has settings for round jet and
broad jet.
Round jet
For example, use the round jet for small
„
surfaces, corners and edges.
Use the broad jet vertically and
„
horizontally on larger surfaces.
Rotate the control
„

case by carrying out a test.

• Replace nozzle

Rotate the paint quantity adjusting
„
screw 7 in an anti-clockwise direction.
Take the nozzle needle out.

Twist off the union nut

You can now undo the nozzle with a
„
hexagon key.
