reduces the probability that a
high-pressure jet penetrates the
skin and injects poisons into
the body.

The product must be used exclusively
„
with compressed air that is clean,
moisture-free and oil-free and must not
exceed the maximum working pressure to
the devices as specified in the "Technical
specifications" section.
To be able to control the air pressure, the
„
compressed air supply must be equipped
with a (filter) pressure regulator.
To operate these devices you need a flexible
compressed air hose with quick coupling
and an appropriate compressed air supply.
Follow the operating and safety instructions
for the compressed air supply and special
instructions for paint application.
PLEASE NOTE!
fMake sure you are using the correct
working pressure. Working pressure that
is too high leads to powerful fine disper-
sion and means that the liquid vaporises
too quickly. The surfaces become rough
and poor adhesion properties develop.
If the working pressure is too low, the
paint substance will not be sufficiently
atomised. The consequences are wavy
surfaces and formation of droplets.
Connect the compressed air hose with

automatically.
Connect the compressor connector

Set the working pressure as specified

in the "Technical specifications" section
using the filter pressure regulator of the
compressed air supply.

• Prepare spraying surface

Cover a large area around the spraying
„
surface carefully. Otherwise any
surfaces which are not covered could
be contaminated.
Make sure that the spraying surface is
„
clean, dry and free of grease.
Roughen up smooth surfaces and then
„
remove any sanding dust.
