Service and maintenance of rotary heat exchanger

m
Danger to life!
The unit must be fully isolated from the mains power supply before all maintenance and installation work and
opening the terminal compartment!
Danger of electric shock, moving parts (fan) and hot surfaces .
m
Risk of injury due to high unit weight!
Heat exchangers are very heavy and can contain condensate water.
Two people are required for dismantling the unit (AIR1 RH 1500, 2000).
– Use a forklift to transport the heat exchanger for unit types AIR1 RH 3000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 9500, 12000, 5000.
– With regard to models AIR1 RH 5000, 6000, 8000, 9500, 12000, 15000, the power supply must be disconnected
and the main switch must be removed before dismantling the service panels of the rotary heat exchanger.
