CROSS SECTIONS
Always use the mitre gauge (2) to perform angle cuts.
m NOTE!: When cutting wider or broader work
pieces, additionally use the movable fence (8) which
helps you to guide the work piece safely.
• Move the mitre gauge (2) into the groove of the saw
table (7).
• Loosen the knob (M) on the mitre gauge.
• Rotate the mitre gauge to obtain the intended an-
gle.
• Re-tighten the knob (M).
m WARNING!: Check the alignment and ensure that
the parallel stop is held firmly regularly and especially
during use and when it is not used for a longer period
of time. If necessary, re-tighten the screw and adjust
the parallel stop. Vibrations can cause loose screws
and a relocation of the parallel stop.
MITRE CUTS
m NOTE!: Basically, diagonal cuts are performed us-
ing the rip fence (9).
• Adjust the saw blade (6) to the intended cutting an-
gle.
• Adjust the rip fence (9) depending on the work
piece width and height.
• Make the cut according to the work piece width.
TABLE EXTENSION
When cutting wider work pieces, you should use the
table extension (1)
• Loosen the star grip screws (H) under the saw table
(7).
• Pull out the table extension (1)
• Fold out the support feet (19)
• Re-tighten the knurled screws (H).

11. Transport

Turn off the power tool before any transport and
disconnect it from the power supply.
2. Carry the power tool with both hands; Never use
the table extensions to carry the power tool.
3. Protect the power tool from knocks, bumps and
strong vibrations, such as during transport in ve-
hicles.
4. Secure the power tool against overturning and
sliding.
5. Never use the safety devices for handling or
transporting purposes.

12. Maintenance

m WARNING! Prior to any adjustment, maintenance
or service work disconnect the mains power plug!
CLEANING
m Warning! Prior to any adjustment, maintenance or
service work disconnect the mains power plug!
• Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor hous-
ing free of dirt and dust as far as possible. Wipe the
equipment with a clean cloth or blow it down with com-
pressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend that you clean the equipment imme-
diately after you use it.
• Clean the equipment regularly with a damp cloth and
some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents or sol-
vents; these may be aggressive to the plastic parts in
the equipment. Ensure that no water can get into the
interior of the equipment.
• In order to extend the service life of the tool, oil the
rotary parts once monthly. Do not oil the motor.
m WARNING!
Do not try to remove blockages with your hand or fin-
gers!
• Remove especially persistent residue in inaccessi-
ble places using compressed air (max. 3 bar). Wear
respiratory protection to avoid inhaling dusts.
• Check the power tool and its accessories (e.g. tool
adaptor) for wear and damages before and after
each usage. If necessary replace them with new
ones according to the instructions in this manual.
When doing so, please respect the general techni-
cal requirements.
• Check the saw blade regularly. Use only sharp-
ened, crack-free, not deformed saw blades. Use
only tools that comply with the European standard
EN 847-1.
• Replace a worn out stage blade immediately with a
new one of the same type.
• Keep the table top free of resin at all times

Important. Pull out the power plug and wear protec-
tive gloves.
Dismantle the saw blade guard (5).
Loosen the screws (R) and remove the cover.
Remove the table insert (3) by undoing the counter-
sunk head screws.
Undo the nut with the flange key (C) on the nut
itself and the saw blade key (B) on the motor shaft
to apply counterpressure.
Important! Turn the nut in the direction of rotation
of the saw blade.
Take off the outer flange and pull the old saw blade
off the inner flange by dropping the blade at an
angle.
Clean the saw blade flange thoroughly with a wire
brush before fitting the new saw blade.
Mount and fasten the new saw blade in reverse
order.
Important. Note the running direction.
The cutting angle of the teeth must point in run-
ning direction, i.e. forwards (see the arrow on
the saw blade cover (5).
Refit and set the table insert (3) and the saw blade
cover (5).
Make sure that all safety devices are properly
mounted and in good working condition before you
begin working with the saw again.
